This website is run by Yari Immigration Services, a trade name of 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KVK 88560686). We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this statement. Questions? Email info@yari-immigration.nl.
Which data we process
We only process the data you give us yourself:
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number
- Information about your situation that you share with us, such as nationality, residence status, work, income, family and travel plans
- Documents you send us when you become a client, such as passport copies and certificates
Why we use your data
- To answer your question and give you a first consultation (based on your request)
- To carry out our agreement when you become a client, including preparing applications to Dutch authorities
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping our financial administration
How you contact us
The contact form on this website does not store anything on our server: it opens your own email program with a pre-filled message to us. You can also contact us via WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). When you use WhatsApp, its own privacy policy applies. Emails to our address may be forwarded through an email forwarding service before they reach our mailbox.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only share it when this is needed for our service and, where required, with your consent – for example with the IND, a municipality, embassies, sworn translators or other professionals involved in your case. We also use service providers for website hosting and email, who process limited data on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the website running. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address may be sent to Google when you open a page.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within a reasonable period. Client files and financial records are kept as long as required by law – for financial records this is generally 7 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a usable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@yari-immigration.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Please do not send sensitive documents through channels you do not trust; ask us for the safest way to share them.

We may update this statement. The latest version is always published on this page.
